Refund policy

AS ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE...
* If the order is ready for shipping, it will be delivered within 4 working days  ( Inside Cairo and giza ) and within a week ( outside Cairo and giza).
* If the order is in the making phase, it will be delivered within 10 to 12 working days 
* Opening the package upon delivery is available only for orders within Cairo & Giza. Orders outside Cairo & Giza are not eligible, in accordance with the shipping company’s policies 
* In case you decided not to take the order, you will pay the delivery fees only.
*Each order has 3 times attempt to be delivered. If you delayed more than 3 times without deciding a specific date to be sent in it, the order will be returned to us and being resent again and in this case you will pay the delivery fees twice.
 

حيث ان كل منتجاتنا صناعة يدوية… 
* في حالة ان الاوردر متاح سيتم توصيله خلال ٤ ايام عمل ( داخل القاهرة و الجيزة ) و خلال اسبوع ( خارج القاهرة و الجيزة )
* في حالة ان الاوردر في مرحلة التصنيع سيتم توصيله في خلال ١٠-١٢ يوم عمل
* إمكانية فتح الطلب عند الاستلام متاحة فقط للطلبات داخل القاهرة والجيزة. أما الطلبات خارج القاهرة والجيزة، فلا يُسمح بفتحها عند الاستلام وفقًا لسياسات شركة الشحن
*فى حالة ارجاع الاودر يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط 
* كل اوردر له ٣ محاولات شحن و اذا تم تأجيله اكثر من ٣ مرات بدون تحديد موعد محدد للإستلام سوف يتم استرجاع الاوردر للصفحة و اعادة شحنه مرة اخري. و في هذه الحالة سيتم دفع الشحن مرتين من قبل العميل
